Despite their upscale offerings, the brand’s presence was limited to standard Airbnb listings. As they approached a growth inflection point, the urgent need for a cohesive, expansive digital footprint became evident. They required a multifaceted digital strategy, encompassing a responsive website, social media amplification, video marketing, and direct-mail outreach.
Digital Branding: In October 2020, we started our journey with Moab Utah Properties by laying down the groundwork with an all-encompassing social media strategy.
Website Revamp: By February 2021, a state-of-the-art, responsive website was launched. Beyond its visually arresting design and intuitive user experience, it offered seamless integration with Airbnb & VRBO for efficient listing management and bookings.
Video Marketing: Recognizing the value of visual storytelling in the hospitality industry, we collaborated with our video partners to transport the Moab experience to screens worldwide. Detailed property walk-throughs were filmed, along with an overarching brand video capturing the essence of Moab Utah Properties’ offerings.
Direct-Mail Campaigns: In a world dominated by digital, we embraced the tangible impact of direct mail. By designing and executing targeted direct-mail campaigns, we tapped into a segment of the audience, adding another layer to our multi-pronged marketing approach.
